The Air Pollution Control Board of Jefferson County opens a public comment period on May 13, 1999, and will hold a public hearing on June 16, 1999, on amendments to District Regulation 5.02 "Federal Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants Incorporated by Reference", Version # 7, Draft # 2 - Proposed May 6, 1999, and adoption of new Regulation 5.16 "Control Technology Requirements for New and Reconstructed Major Stationary Sources of Hazardous Air Pollutants", Version # 1, Draft # 3 - Proposed May 4, 1999.
Written statements will be accepted by the Board, Jonathan L. Trout, Secretary-Treasurer, 850 Barret Ave., Louisville, KY 40204-1745 until 5 p.m. June 11, 1999. Oral Statements will be accepted at the public hearing on June 16, 1999, at 9:00 a.m. in the Board Room, 850 Barret Ave.
