Notice of Issuance of Draft Title V Operational Permit

The Air Pollution Control District of Jefferson County gives notice of draft Title V operating permits according to District Regulations 2.07 Public Notification for Title V Permits and 2.16 Title V Operating Permits for the following:

United Defense LP, 163 Rochester Drive, Louisville, KY 40214;
Marathon Ashland Petroleum LLC, Algonquin Terminal, 1300 Southwestern Parkway, Louisville, KY 40212;
Superior Solvents and Chemicals, Inc., 4211 Bramers Lane, Louisville, KY 40216.

These facilities have applied for Title V operating permits. A copy of the applications and the draft permits are available at the District office, 850 Barret Ave, Louisville, KY 40204-1745 during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by contacting Chris Bryant at 502/574-6006. Comments must be made in writing directed to Jesse Goldsmith, Engineering Manager, at the District office no later than May 23, 2000.
