Notice of Issuance of Draft Title V Operational Permits

The Air Pollution Control District of Jefferson County gives notice of draft Title V operating permits according to District Regulations 2.07 Public Notification for Title V Permits and 2.16 Title V Operating Permits.

Outer Loop Recycling and Disposal Facility/WMK - Louisville Hauling, 2673 Outer Loop, and The B. F. Goodrich Company, 4200 Bells Lane have applied for Title V operating permits. Copies of the applications and the permit drafts are available at the District office, 850 Barret Avenue, Louisville, KY 40204-1745 during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by contacting Bruce Gaylord at 502/574-7253. Comments must be made in writing directed to Jesse Goldsmith, Engineering Manager, at the District office no later than June 7, 2000.
