Notice of Action on
Federally Enforceable District Origin Operating Permits (FEDOOP)

The Air Pollution Control District of Jefferson County proposes to change the names on the following FEDOOP permits: United Catalysts, Inc. West Plant, 1227 S. 12th St. to Sud-Chemie, Inc. West Plant and United Catalysts, Inc. South Plant, 4900 Crittenden Drive to Sud-Chemie, Inc. South Plant. The District also proposes to issue a new FEDOOP permit to Greenlee Textron, Inc., 4601 East Indian Trail.

Drafts of the amended and new permits are available at 850 Barret Avenue between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by calling Bruce Gaylord, 502/574-7253. Verbal comments may be made to Mr. Gaylord and written comments may be made to Jess Goldsmith, Engineering Manager, by
June 12, 2000, on the amended or new portions of the permits.
