Notice of Public Comment Period and Hearing

The Air Pollution Control Board of Jefferson County opens a public comment period May 19, 2000, on amendments to the following District Regulations:

8.01 Mobile Source Emissions Control Requirements, Version #12, Draft #2--Proposed May 16, 2000 and
8.02 Vehicle Emissions Testing Procedure, Version #4, Draft #2--Proposed May 16, 2000.
If approved, amended Regulations 8.01 and 8.02 will be submitted to be part of the Kentucky State Implementation Plan.

Written statements will be accepted by the Board, Jonathan L. Trout, Secretary-Treasurer, 850 Barret Avenue, Louisville, KY 40204-1745 until 12 noon June 19, 2000. Oral statements will be accepted at a public hearing on June 21, 2000, at 9 a.m. in the Board Room, 850 Barret Avenue.
