Notice of Action on
Federally Enforceable District Origin Operating Permit (FEDOOP)

The Air Pollution Control District of Jefferson County proposes to amend the following FEDOOP permit: Sud-Chemie, Inc. West Plant, 1227 S. 12th St. The Company has added one new process with two associated attachments #55-00 and 63-00. The Company also eliminated seven processes with no net emission increases.

A draft of the amended permit is available at 850 Barret Ave., Louisville, KY 40204-1745 between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by calling Bruce Gaylord, 502/574-7253. Verbal comments may be made to Mr. Gaylord and written comments may be made to Jess Goldsmith, Engineering Manager, by July 19, 2000, on the amended or new portions of the permits.
