Notice of Issuance of Operational Title V Permit

The Air Pollution Control District of Jefferson County gives notice of a draft Title V operating permit according to District Regulations 2.07 Public Notification for Title V Permits and 2.16 Title V Operating Permits.

United Parcel Service, Inc., 911 Grade Lane and Akzo Nobel Resins, 4730 Crittenden Drive, have applied for Title V operating permits. A copy of the applications and the draft permits are available at the District office, 850 Barret Avenue, Louisville, KY 40204-1745 during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by contacting Bruce Gaylord at 502/574-7253. Comments must be made in writing directed to Jesse Goldsmith, Engineering Manager, at the District office no later than July 26, 2000.
