Title V and Revision of New Source Review (NSR) Construction Permits

The Air Pollution Control District of Jefferson County gives notice of draft Title V operating permits according to District Regulations 2.07 Public Notification for Title V Permits and 2.16 Title V Operating Permits and revisions to New Source Review (NSR) construction permits.

Eckart Aluminum L.P., 4101 Camp Ground Road and Ford Motor Company-Louisville Assembly Plant, Fern Valley Road have applied for Title V operating permits. Ford Motor Company-Louisville Assembly Plant, Fern Valley Road and Ford Motor Company-Kentucky Truck Plant, 3001 Chamberlain Lane have requested revisions to their NSR construction permits. Copies of the applications and the draft Title V permits and the proposed revised construction permits are available at the District office, 850 Barret Ave, Louisville, KY 40204-1745 during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by contacting Bruce Gaylord at 502/574-7253. Comments must be made in writing directed to Jesse Goldsmith, Engineering Manager, at the District office no later than September 27, 2000.
