Air Pollution Control District of Jefferson County
The Air Pollution Control District of Jefferson County gives notice of draft Title V operating permits according to District Regulations 2.07 Public Notification for Title V Permits and 2.16 Title V Operating Permits.
Kosmos Cement Company-Louisville Plant, 15301 Dixie Highway and Blue Grass Cooperage Company, 402 MacLean Avenue, have applied for Title V operating permits. Copies of the applications and the draft Title V permits are available at the District office, 850 Barret Ave, Louisville, KY 40204-1745 during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by contacting Bruce Gaylord at 502/574-7253. Comments must be made in writing directed to Jesse Goldsmith, Engineering Manager, at the District office no later than November 21, 2000.
