The Air Pollution Control District of Jefferson County gives notice of draft Title V operating permits according to District Regulations 2.07 Public Notification for Title V Permits and 2.16 Title V Operating Permits and revisions to NSR construction permits.
DuPont Dow Elastomers, LLC, 4242 Camp Ground Road; Louisville Gas and Electric Company-Mill Creek Generating Station, 14660 Dixie Highway; and Louisville Gas and Electric Company-Cane Run Generating Station, 5252 Cane Run Road, have applied for Title V operating permits. Louisville Gas and Electric Company-Mill Creek Generating Station, has requested revisions to their NSR construction permit.
Copies of the applications, the draft Title V permits, and the proposed revised construction permit are available at the District office, 850 Barret Avenue, Louisville, Kentucky 40204-1745 during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by contacting Chris Bryant at 502/574-6006. Comments must be made in writing directed to Jesse Goldsmith, Engineering Manager, at the District office no later than January 20, 2000.
